Dr. Brase was raised on a farm in Lamar, Colorado. He attended veterinary school at Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, CO. graduating in 1964. He practiced in Las Vegas, NV upon graduation for 10 years. While in Nevada he was president of the state veterinary association.

Dr. Brase moved back to Colorado in 1977 opening Rockrimmon Animal Clinic. He specializes in opthomology, hip displesia, arthitis, and alternative medicine, including laser, accupuncture and chiropractic adjustments.

He has a ranch in Greenland, CO which is on the North East side of Monument Hill. Dr. Brase is married with two daughters, four grandchildren, and two black schnauzers. Lucy Belle and Mazie Giles all live in Colorado.

Tammy Emrick. . . Veterinary Technician has been married to her husband Ron for eighteen years. They have three children, Jeff, Amanda, & Megan, and 2 grandchildren, Ashton and Roman. With four dogs, Enkili, Alfie, Sunny and Benjamine, and three cats, Romeo, Sandy, and Monkey, their house is always a busy place.

Tammy worked in the service industry for seventeen years, and during the last year she decided it was time to go back to school and do what she has always wanted to do, help animals. She received her degree as a veterinary technician, and she has been at Rockrimmon Animal Clinic for over seven years. Tammy enjoys working in the veterinary field. It certainly has its challenges, but the rewards she gets in return are priceless.
